What is the difference between Flat and Fluffy?
Both are printed with the same design. Flat is a low pile that shows the sharpest detail. Fluffy is a thick, soft plush pile, so edges look a little softer and it feels deeper underfoot.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes about [X–Y] business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your rug ships.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. You’ll see shipping at checkout, before you pay.
Will my rug look exactly like the photos?
Our photos show how each design looks as a rug. Real rugs have fibre texture, so colours can look a little softer than on your screen, especially on Fluffy.
What sizes are there?
60, 90, 120 and 150 cm, measured along the longest side. The other side depends on the shape of the design.
